Job Description

Quick Hire Staffing is excited to announce an opening for a Production Associate in New Hudson. In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring the efficient assembly of high-quality products. Your attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will contribute significantly to our production goals.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Perform assembly tasks on the production line while adhering to quality standards and safety guidelines
Rotate through various workstations as assigned to maintain production flow
Handle and manage non-conforming materials by following established procedures
Immediately report any defects or issues with parts or materials to supervisors
Conduct seat teardowns and minor rework as required
Ensure tools and equipment are maintained correctly and report any maintenance needs
Participate in team activities aimed at process improvement and safety enhancements
Collaborate effectively with coworkers to promote a positive team environment
Complete all necessary documentation accurately and promptly
Keep the workspace and equipment clean and organized
Exhibit a strong safety mindset and report any unsafe conditions or incidents
Comply with all health, safety, and environmental standards as prescribed by the company

Requirements:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment is preferred
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet production deadlines
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality
Effective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment
Dependable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic
Flexibility to work various shifts as required
