As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and ensuring seamless communication within our team. • Manage and protect a complex, fast-moving calendar
• Serve as a communication hub for 30+ clients and 1,500+ community connections
• Translate ideas into action by creating systems and tracking execution
• Handle projects, communications, and logistics with excellence and emotional intelligence
• Anticipate needs, solve problems, and make things happen without hand-holding
• Maintain confidentiality and operate with discretion and discernment
• Keep things from falling through the cracks—nothing gets past you

Qualifications:

• Proven experience supporting a high-performing executive or entrepreneur
• Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills
• Obsessed with details, timelines, and outcomes
• Proactive, emotionally intelligent, and deeply organized
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn (Google Workspace, task/project software, AI tools)
• Calm under pressure and thrives on solving chaos with systems
