Fields Auto Group is seeking an Office Manager for a new Norhshore location to join our dynamic dealership family to provide a luxury experience to both our internal and external customers! Responsibilities * Manages and oversees office staff, including hiring, coaching, counseling, disciplining, terminating, etc. Oversight of accounting function and related information

• Responsible for all aspects of general ledger
• Prepare and analyzes financial statements and monthly reports
• Processes payroll and tax liabilities
• Oversees vendor management and outsourcing
• Issues timely and complete financial statements
• Complies with local, state, and federal reporting requirements and tax filing
• Inspect accounting records and schedules for efficiency and accuracy
• Organize and update financial records
• Perform various monthly reconciliations
• Assist in preparing documentation for external auditors
• Performs other duties or projects as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in the auto industry preferred
• Excellent computer skills
• Experience with business applications and accounting software
• Excellent communication skill, verbal and written
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors and staff
• Able to deal with confidential information appropriately
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Encouraging process development
• Available to work flexible hours
