Hair Stylist Assistant / Receptionist for Woodlands and Magnolia Location Magnolia, TX : Texas Hair Team is seeking Hair Stylist assistants/receptionists who are Energetic, Friendly and Ambitious with an outstanding client service attitude for our Magnolia, TX location near the new HEB on FM-1488 (across from the High School) and our Woodlands location on FM-2978 near Walmart. We are a family-owned chain of salons serving the northwest Houston area since 2006. We offer a family and team-focused work environment and are looking for the best Stylists and Managers in the field. Requirements: Hair Salon experience preferred Able to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends Superior client service and leadership skills Professional appearance and demeanor Expectations: Act with integrity, passion and in the best interest of the Team Take pride in Texas Hair Team and continually look for ways to improve morale and enhance the client service experience. Be proactive to do what is needed, when it is needed to ensure the smooth operation and growth of the business. Effectively communicate with management and the salon team Work as a team to accomplish goals Take and apply feedback in a constructive manner Grow the Texas Hair Team location and brand Deliver top-notch customer service and properly represent the brand at all times Monitor customer service and quality control in all aspects of operation Consistently evaluate and drive sales by employees and lead by example Manage employee schedules, strategies, inventory, salon meetings and more!
